Cheryl Lynch on Ed and Elaine Brown

Pertaining to the matter of the United States v. Ed and Elaine Brown:

By Cheryl Lynch

Although Ed and Elaine Brown believe that they are approaching this situation from the only two angles possible (per their conversations with Fred Smart via RBN shows), there is actually another, and far better, approach. It would produce a peaceful win for both of them, and teach other people how to protect themselves from being victimized by our corrupted government’s agents who are attempting to rein over us. This approach entails asserting one’s individual political sovereignty. Ed has spoken about individual sovereignty, but is not asserting, or has not yet asserted his individual POLITICAL sovereignty.

Oh, yeah, Cheryl that will really work. <<< roll eyes >>>

Ed's and Elaine's "sovereignty" is about to be reduced to 5' x 9' and the occasional trips to the cafeteria and exercise yard.

But it is a situation entirely of their own making. Most people live more-or-less happy lives outside of federal prison, worrying more about whether to buy a new car or where to send their kids to college at.

Maybe if those parents didn't feel like they were forced to give a lot of their money to the federal government, it wouldn't be as hard to come up with the money for their children to go to college.

I dis-agree with your comment that: "Continuing to file motions within the court's system will only prolong their agony." Although it is "know"n to us "that our government agents are violating their oaths", the mechanism for their reprimand or removal is in the works, as my official notarized complaint as an in-court and during trial witness against the U.S. Attorney, Tom Colantuono, (under the doctrine of Respondent Superior as a member of the N.H. Bar Assn.) with the Professional Conduct Committee (P.C.C.) scheduled for a vote of their 9-member Board this Friday, March 2nd'07 for having violated Federal Rule 16 + State Rule 3.8(d) about "exculpatory evidence" [in the certificate of non-filing of the N.H. RSA Ch. 123:1 documents per Art.I,Sec.8,Cl.17 U.S. Const.] within a court proceeding of which no jurisdiction is claimed by Ed operating under a "Special Appearance", and the burden of proof upon the government to prove such in writing beyond their mere words of: guilty by jury, the evidence to them wrongfully withheld by Bill Morse, the prosecutor, and so needing for a Mis-Trial to be declared by the judge but based on this state evidence to put into an Exhibit #___ to include in such a motion. Yours truly.

- END

I Agree Mr Tideman... If what you are saying is that Ed needs to Continue putting together Exibits that Clearly Show Just Cause for a Mis-Trial.

There is plenty of Evidence to support a Mis-Trial on Behalf of the Browns... And there is also Plenty of Evidence that could Lead to the Prosecution of the Prosecutor in the Brown Case, as well as Presiding Judge McAuliffe.

Bottom Line is that Ed should Continue to Build a LEGAL CASE Against the State and Mr Morse.

The Jurors in this Case should be Screaming for Redemption, for being Duped by the Judge and the Prosecution...

And EVERYONE in the NATION should TAKE NOTE of this Case... As well as KEEP NOTES of it.

Thanks for sharing.

One Day, joeys Very Beliefs... Will be executed. And when he is Left with Nothing but the Truth staring Him in the Face... It will most Likely KILL HIM anyway. It will kill him in his Heart... Knowing to what extent He was Decieved...
He will then be faced with the Choice of Remaining Corrupt Himself, or to seek Personal Retribution on Behalf of Himself and Other American Citizens.
