why don't you put up the Supreme Court cases and highlight the parts that defend your view that private citizens do not have to pay income tax to the Fed. Gov., let everyone see it, then the judges won't be able to deny you due process.
you keep asking the Gov. to show you the law that says private citizens should pay tax, well how about showing everyone the law that says we Don't have to pay tax
I'm on your side, but show the actual documents that support your arguments. You'll have that much more credibility.
To get this out to more people contact Lou Dobbs of CNN, he seems to be on the side of Truth.
If you don't understand that the burden of proof to do anything is on the government, then you don't understand our constituional republican form of government. Imagine requiring sovereign citizens that everything must be shown by them to be "not a law" or be penalized. That means that I would have to show a law that says "I don't have to cut my hair" if I was charged with "cutting my hair". Sad....very sad. For the sake of posterity, learn what freedom is.
but if the government does not show proof, we should take control and not wait around for them, be proactive and exercise your freedom to act, shove the truth in their faces, then they won't be able to hide behind not answering us.
this has been going on too long for us to wait around, do think the Gov. will ever admit their scam to the American people
we must keep pressuring them until they come up with a fair and just tax policy, that way they save face, and we have changed the system
