I do agree with you on the fact that income tax violates our God given and constitutional rights to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness and the whole Judicial system that defends the income tax is corrupt. However, using this platform to promote the conspiracy crap really detriments your case.

Was Kennedy killed by an LBJ conspiracy, maybe. Was 911 an inside job, NO FRICKEN' WAY. Was building 7 brought down by demolition, NO FRICKEN' WAY. George Bush is one of the GREATEST Presidents this country has ever had and one of the GREATEST world leaders ever.

Is the US Gov. infallable, NO. Have people associated with the US Gov. done some dispicable things; yes, because they are people just like you and I and everyday fight the fight between living God's way and living our way.

Hello Alex and Aaron. God Bless Aaron and I wish him the VERY BEST. Great to hear you're ok to Alex. Just listened to that naive caller about the income tax should be paid. What kind of drugs is this cat on? Most people don't even know what an income tax is. It's an excise tax on imposts, privileges and so forth. If it was a direct tax it would have 2 be apportioned in which it isn't. This is old school. The income tax is not a tax on our personal fruits of our labor tax. Its an excise tax with respect to certain activities and privileges which is measured by the income they produce. Could be dividends, interest. or many others. I have recently amended my last three income tax returns for "overpayment". 26USC section 3401(a)(8)(A)(i) is what I believe I fall under. Also section 911.
I have viewed so many video's on credit cards and the fraud behind this, the IRS, and I wish you only knew how much time I spend behind the computer. If I go out in the public and mention some of these things I've read about, most people don't want to hear it or they think I've fallen off my rocker. Isn't that what this criminal outfit in Washington want us all to believe? Well buddy, I'll spend time in a Federal Prison as long as I feel I'm doing what's right. I'm a private citizen of the state of Texas and not a Corporation of the United States. My name is Robert Wayne Clark and not ROBERT WAYNE CLARK. I do not recognize the latter. All my legal documents are in all CAPS, therefore, I Robert Wayne Clark do not possess a D.L., SS#, Have never, ever registered to vote, credit cards and you name it. It's simply my fictitious name and not my personal name given at birth. I'm looking at the IRS 1040EZ booklet. On page 8, next to filing requirements, it states verbatam: These rules apply to all U.S. citizens, regardless of where they live, and resident aliens. And no, I'm not a 14th amendment citizen. I am a citizen of one of the states of the Union, being Texas. I have no residence but I make my home in Burkburnett. I am not empoyed or even empoyable but I work. I have no children enrolled in the " PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM " My automobile belongs to the state of Texas and I'm only allowed certain privileges to drive it. I pay annual rent on this auto through vehicle registration. I do own my house with a deed but since it is considered Real Estate ( everything from the ground up is mine )the land it sits on is not mine. I do not possess an Allodial title to the land therefore, if I fail to pay my property taxes the county can take my house even if its mine. My house is sitting on land that I must pay rent to utilize or I lose. The county can do a tax assessment anyway they choose. Since my house is on government propertyI either pay it or lose it. Alex, sorry to bore you but I for ONE am tired of this lying system we call government that intentionally disregards the U.S. Constitution that each swore under oath to uphold. It's so ironic that we are the "terrorist" in their minds because we speak and say, wait a minute, something is not right with this picture and I'm expressing my freedom of speech. Oh no! You can't do that, you must be a traitor or a terrorist just makes me laugh and puke at the same time. The 911 is the biggest scam I have ever seen in my lifetime, of course, other than the IRS. Let me let you go cause Wayne can go on and on about this shit. UCC, "COLOR OF LAW". Not the law itself but only represents the evidence of a law in effect. Ok, show me the law. They can't. My law is the U.S. Constitution. Best of wishes to you and Aaron and keep up the excellent exposure of these thugs we call "GOVERNMENT" HAAAAA!
