US Petitions NH Supreme Court to Intervene in Writ of Habeas Corpus

In an ironic twist, the United States Attorney has petitioned the New Hampshire Supreme Court to allow the US to intervene in Danny's pending Writ of Habeas Corpus, arguing that the NH Supreme Court has no jurisdiction and the matter should be removed to the Federal District Court.

Let us hope that the Court will ignore (and not be influenced by) Danny's NUMEROUS errors in spelling and misuse of words. Example: using "cooperation", when he meant "corroboration". His written Objection is riddled with such errors.

I realize that younger folks of today don't think any of that is important, or matters; but members of my generation (which I'm sure include those on the NH Supreme Court) still do.

The influence posed by such errors on their decision will be subtle, but I fear that it might be significant.

Sincerely,
Scott
