Who has the right to tell the Jury how Our Laws must be interpreted? NO ONE!

What does Instructing the Jury from the Judge's point of view mean to the outcome of the case? Everything if the Judge is allowed to go unchecked by the Defense Attorney!

Most Jurors look to the Judge for the law. What happens when the interpretation of the law from the Judge is BIAS and Self Serving!

The Judge is NOT the law!!! The law is the law. If the Defense Attorney does not educate the Jury on the law, then the Defense Attorney is failing to do their job! If the Defense Attorney is not given the opportunity to give their interpretation of the law due to the Judge , then they are at fault!

For over 30 years I have been trying to get the American people to understand one thing, Judges are NOT the law! Judges serve only their MASTERS... the US Government! When they instruct the Jury, they are only giving their BIAS opinions that support the US Federal Government and NOT THE LAW!!!
