Danny Riley is a True Patriot, he has my highest respects and should have yours as well. Please do everything in your power to assist him during these trying times. Riley stood for our constitution, and for this, he is now being jailed for no reason whatsoever.
Remember this all started with a simple question, it could have ended with a simple answer. However it's not very simple to explain to a nation that it has been robbed, people have been killed, and people have commited suicide, over a monumental fraud.
Their is no law that makes the avarage American liable for an income tax. The fraud has resulted in innnocent people being murdered, lives have been ruined, people jailed for no reason, and people have commited suicide. Were not going away, we want answers, we will get answers!

If Danny is not hiring a lawyer, what does he need a legal defense fund for?
And he spilled his guts to the Feds last time he was arrested (read the investigator's affidavit from the indictment), why would this time be any different?
Danny is currently defending himself, and considering counsel, as you heard on the recorded conversation his brother Bill is attempting to seek an honest attorney with good intent, which as I’m sure you can imagine would be quite the challenge. In the mean time, all of Danny’s responsibilities on the outside must be taken care of by his family. Essentially this money is being collected by Bill Riley and is being used for Danny’s benefit, whether it is legal counsel, commissary money, etc, etc. Danny instructs Bill how to handle the donations that are collected on his behalf.
In regards to the 2nd part of your question, it is plain and obvious that Danny Riley was completely transparent in his radio interviews, video blogs, and affidavit with respects to the incident that happened involving federal agents shooting and tasering Danny, Ed and Elaine had no problems with Danny whatsoever, they even praised him many times in their radio interviews stating that they may not have been alive if it were not for him. Danny Riley is a true patriot.
I agree w/Casey, insofar as Danny being a true patriot. He put his derrier on the line & did NOT capitulate to the Feds' gestapo demands!
What have you done for truth Tuva besides continually criticize it?
