    I would guess the guy was using the term figuratively, like one would say "I'm gonna kick your ass".

    Regardless of that, this is the kind of behavior I would expect from a bully in grade school, not someone who claims to be a "government official".

    How can people conclude that this is the same government established by Thomas Jefferson and company?
