I think the term is gay- not "corrupt"
I would guess the guy was using the term figuratively, like one would say "I'm gonna kick your ass".
Regardless of that, this is the kind of behavior I would expect from a bully in grade school, not someone who claims to be a "government official".
How can people conclude that this is the same government established by Thomas Jefferson and company?
Forget the fact this is the kind of people they like to hire.
