    26 USC sec. 871(b) Imposition of tax
    A nonresident alien individual engaged in trade or business
    within the United States during the taxable year shall be taxable as provided in section 1 or 55 on his taxable income which is effectively connected with the conduct of a trade or business within the United States.
    OK now show me where in the law it says the same thing about the earnings of American citizens living and working in the USA. They have no problem stating that nonresident alien's income effectively connected to the conduct of a trade or business with in the USA is taxed. That's pretty clear. But why not citizens? SHOW ME.

  3. It depends a lot on how deeply the electrodes penetrate through your clothing and sink into your skin. A lot of times one will go farther in than the other.
