Danny Riley aka (Dog Walker) exposes what Really Happened at Ed Browns House Today.

Danny Riley friend of Ed Brown reveals what really happened when he was walking the dog this morning at the Browns. This is an amazing interview I recommend that you all watch it from start to finish. Danny Riley a true patriot and friend of the Browns, was doing them a favor by walking their dog when he realized that there were infiltrators close by camouflaged in ghillie suits preparing to unlawfully raid the property of Ed and Elaine Brown.

What a snitch this fellow is. Giving them information. When you get arressted or detained the only information you should provide is Name Rank and Serial Number. If the police have arrested you, then they know should have all the information regarding your pre defined guilt.

I know its scarey, Feds, US Marshalls, getting shot at etc. but you do not fold. Having been in a few holding tanks, I can honestly say nothing bad happens to you if you dont talk they eventualy just let you go.

Here's something Elaine Brown would probably rather was not reported publicly:

How many people know that she not only refused to pay her taxes for ten years, and did not pay the taxes due from her employees incomes, but while doing this, she and Ed claimed they took nothing and were self sufficient? Bullshit!

During this same period, she accepted Medicaid patients, and took payments for these patients from the government. Part of her income was coming from taxes paid by the rest of us!!!!

They are quite simply, HYPOCRITES!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am absorbing this issue and am a believer in Constitutional Intent.

I find the events yesterday to be very interesting to say the least, however, I wish for the sake of the seriousness of this issue that Danny would have worn a shirt at least on the video.

Also I agree, he shouldn't have been coughing up so much information to the militants.

Anonymous, with a name like that we know the nature and strength of your character. You’re a coward. Danny choosing to walk the dog when he did may very well have saved Ed and Elaine’s and Reno’s life. Also Danny choosing to upload his story to YouTube as he recalls it may very well be the exact thing necessary to guarantee a new flood of supporters to flock into the Brown residence.

Get a fucking life we don’t need comments by Anonymous cheerleaders, hecklers, or naysayers on how they would have operated under conditions of extreme psychological pressure after being almost murdered and threatened with life in prison.
(Plus he did not reveal anything that was not already public knowledge)

I can guarantee you these things at the Brown residence are compartmentalized enough, everything is on a need to know basis, and no one person has enough information to shoot another in the foot. That is just the way things are set up; you’ll have to get some further insight before you go randomly shooting your mouth off.

Quit trying to exploit the integrity of the movement it’s because of Danny we now know there intent, we’ve seen their hand and hopefully this will generate the number of supporters necessary in order to see this thing through to the end by securing Ed and Elaine’s liberty from a tyranistic form of government hell bent on using anonymous tools like you for psychological warfare and to generate insidiously childish rounds of infighting.

I'm going to presume you are intelligent enough to realize that many of the "anonymous" postings made here are supporters of Ed and Elaine. There are also multiple anonymous postings from several who do not support them.

Whatever the stance of the anonymous postings, we all do it for the same reason. It is not lack of courage. It's called prudence. There are enough people claiming support for Ed and Elaine that have threatened violent actions. Many of us have families. It is out of concern for our family's safety that we post anonymously.

I am the "anonymous" who posted their hypocritical actions. I never said they weren't public knowledge, but I will say that from what I have seen and heard among "the movement", most of you are either unaware of these facts, or you don't care. If you don't care, as far as I am concerned you are just as hypocritical as they are. Those who do care have a right to know.

What? Are you afraid that some in "the movement" may take offense to the truth about Ed and Elaine?

You should be concerned about their hypocrisy. Hypocritical actions damage the perceived integrity of ANY group.

People who claim to believe that taxing is wrong should not be making their money FROM taxes. You cannot have it both ways. If the government is stealing from us through taxation, then the Browns were stealing from us by accepting income from that stolen money.

What did they do with that money? If they are altruistic in their cause, let them give an accounting of where all that "stolen" money went. Certainly quite a bit of it was used to construct the veritable fortress they are now hiding in.

Now, who really are the cowards?

*sigh*

Fine. Here it is. Though all of you are going to do nothing more than deny the legality of it.

You know, the thing is, I don't really have any problem with people taking the stance that the law should not exist. But that isn't what you guys are doing. You are simply denying that it does exist. Well, like it or not, and whether you agree with it or not it does exist.

http://www.usconstitution.net/const.html#Am16

It's existence is not really the question, and denying it's existence does nothing more than make the deniers look ignorant.

If you really want to make a difference, it's not going to happen by denying reality. Truly lasting change does not happen that way. Lasting change comes from admitting reality, and starting with "I think this is wrong", not by saying what is real isn't.

All that are claiming there is no law are doing your cause a disservice and causing many of you to appear ignorant in the eyes of the public.

There have been a few commenters that have at least been willing to admit that the law exists, but that they do not agree with it. There is a big difference.

Every time Ed insists that he be shown the law, it inspires someone to Google it, and find it within seconds. I have even found articles claiming that a young student found it, and sent it to ED.

He claims that if the law exists, that he will pay all of the taxes and penalties. Well, it does, and most of us do not believe he is ignorant enough to not know it. If he were truly courageous, he would admit he knows the law exists, and challenge its validity, instead of making himself look more and more foolish by continually denying its existence altogether.

Ed, and many of his supporters keep bringing up the issue of having only God to answer to.

Have you who make this claim forgotten the passages at Matthew 22:17-21?

"17: Tell us therefore, What thinkest thou? Is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar, or not?
18: But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, Why tempt ye me, ye hypocrites?
19: Shew me the tribute money. And they brought unto him a penny.
20: And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription?
21: They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's."

Jesus himself never questioned, or challenged the legality of human governments to tax his followers. Rather, he commanded that we obey the laws of the land we live in, as long as those laws do not violate God's laws. Taxation does not violate any Biblical laws.

All Supreme Court decisions with respects to the income tax deemed that the 16th granted no new previous existing taxation powers. Ergo if your compensation was not taxable prior to the 16th it was not taxable after. And no I don’t have an “income” and no I won’t pay the IRS one red cent!

p.s. Income is a corporate profit; it is a tax on gains. Not a tax on the remuneration that you receive for services rendered. Do your homework....

Casey:

I am doing my homework. I am asking you (a supporter of this movement) questions to better understand your position and find out how you are able to avoid paying taxes on the remuneration that you receive for services rendered.

I have found out that many supporters of this movement are just jumping on the bandwagon and not offering to provide any real support by not paying taxes. They post all they want to say how important this movement is but they still pay taxes.

The view that Americans have no legal obligation to pay their Federal income taxes is absurd. Those who claim that everyone but them have been duped by the IRS to think otherwise are simply anarchists who egotistically think they are above the rule of law. The police should do their jobs and arrest these lunatics immediately, remanding them to the jail they so richly deserve

Supreme court decisions are not laws.

The constitution is.

Look, I don't like it either, but threatening violence is not the answer. Doing so does nothing but heighten fear and paranoia, and results in bloodshed.

Ed and Elaine claim to be Christians. Their actions belie that claim.

Jesus repeatedly demonstrated that money has no connection to any of the promises he made us. He repeatedly demonstrated that violence also does not.

When asked what to do about taxation, he simply said "pay it".

By refusing to do so, the Browns are revealing that they do not truly value the words of the Christ they claim to follow.

To be willing to lay down your life for a principle that Christ himself clearly showed was not important is shear folly. Too bad. I hold no ill will toward the Browns. I'm only saddened that they are completely missing the point of the very faith they say they hold to.

I only hope that they will open their eyes in time to avoid their own demise.

That would be such a waste. The money really isn't worth it.

I for one would rather see a peaceful outcome where no one gets hurt.

I've said about all I can think of to say. The rest is up to them.

If someone were holding a gun to their heads demanding they renounce their faith in God, I would support their decision to lay down their lives for that. Not for this. This has nothing to do with what God wants of them. Read Matthew chapter 22 and Matthew 19:16-24.

This issue of taxation has nothing to do with following Christ, or God's purposes.

Your federal income taxes do not go to fixing roads, paying for schools, or anything useful. It goes towards paying a debt to a private bank called the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve is not a government department. It creates money out of thin air and then we borrow that money from the Federal Reserve. What your taxes are paying is just the interest. With how this system is designed, the debt can never be paid no matter what.

Also, the supreme court is the law. If they say something is unconstitutional, it is unconstitutional. They are supposed to keep things in check.

I find a lot of blog posts/forums angry at the Brown Family. However, I don't really think they are angry because of what they are doing. Rather these people are mad at their government for lying and stealing their money for years. Rather then become informed and angry at the government, they take it out on the easy targets. The easy targets are those Americans who have chosen not to pay the unlawful federal income tax.

Ignorance abounds, as evidenced by some posters. [Please note the word was not "stupidity"; ignorance is a different thing altogether.]

1. According to the Grace Commission, 100% of individual income tax receipts goes to pay the interest on the national debt.

2. Fed Government services are paid for by corporate taxes, excise taxes, imposts, duties, SS taxes, Medicare taxes, and MORE BORROWED MONEY...which is why interest payments on the national debt will never end.

3. The 9th Circuit Court decided in a 1982 case that the Fed Reserve Banks "are not Federal instrumentalities, but are private corporations".

4. USC Title 26, Subtitle A, Chapter 1 (and various subchapters) does NOT require an income tax on INDIVIDUAL wages and salaries OF THE AVERAGE AMERICAN. The law is so convoluted that it takes about 100 hours of intense research (unless you've seen some pertinent videos) to determine to whom the law applies. It cannot be done in 15 or 30 minutes. I know, I spent around 100 hours studying it, and I have a Master's Degree. The degree is mentioned only because people should not think the research took that long because I'm a high school dropout, or some such thing.

5. The Biblical quote cited by someone refers only to moral, just governments. In any case, it isn't relevant---there is no law requiring a tax on the average American's wages.

6. To denigrate Danny is easy if you haven't been assaulted by a SWAT or Special Ops Team. His only mistake, understandable given the circumstances, is that once arrested, he should have asked for an attorney...and said nothing.

7. Before being arrested, one only has to identify oneself.

Questions by novices regarding the Income Tax, the 16th Amendment, the Fed Reserve, fiat money, fractional reserve banking, etc. should be directed to websites. The answers require a doctoral thesis-sized document, and cannot be adequately answered here.

"In Section 256 of the Second Editition of the Sixteenth American Jurisprudence, it clearly states that:

'The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the Supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and the one violating it to be valid; one must prevail. This is succinctly stated as follows:

'The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. An unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anymore, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it...

'A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law. Indeed, insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the land, it is superseded thereby.

No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.' "

The 16th Ammendment , being the Income Tax Ammendment, in the state of New Hampshire was never ratified by that state, nor was it declared as having been ratified by that state, and, in so being, is, in fact, null and void by decree of the power invested in the Constitution. Thus no New Hampshire law enforcement, by power of that same power, are not bound to enforce it, but rather, by power of Constitution, are bound to oppose the Federal Government in their attempt to operate outside of their Constitutional authority under penalty of perjury qua violation of their oaths to uphold the Constitution.

We are not doing it for the extra money. In the long run we pay more than you ignoramas because we also end up paying penelties and fines and lawyers and waste time fighting the corrupt system. So screw all the ignorant stupid americans who don't understand the brown situation. We al;l change our minds and the way we deal with the government corruption. We look for new ways and better solutions to make a difference. Right or wrong, it's what we believe we have to do.
