Because the Constitution is the Supreme Law of this land, and was written by the Sovereign People for the Sovereign People and created a government intended to serve the Sovereign, namely, We, The People, pursuant to oaths taken by public officers and officials to uphold and support the Constitution.
ReplyDeleteMany people justifiably complain about wide-spread and extensive abuses by government and our courts against the People, but do little about it. Complaints remain as complaints until EFFECTIVE ACTION is taken to resolve the problems government creates.
We must discuss this treasured document it is to inform the People of this Nation about their Constitution, the powers of and Rights guaranteed therein, and how most " public servants" in government today view, and most of the time ignore and pervert the Supreme Law of this Land. In fact we must open the door to a new frontier for America - TRUTH - importance to every Citizen of this Nation.

A plea of not guilty having been entered, the above-named Defendant is hereby directed to appear
with counsel for FINAL PLEA
CALENDAR on June 04, 2007 in Courtroom 4D before The Honorable Jerry W. Baxter at 185 Central Avenue, SW, Atlanta, GA 30303. Failure to report as directed shall result in forteiture of any bond which may have been set. Negotiated pleas may be entered at any time prior to final plea date. Rhonda Thomas, Case Manager for Judge Baxter, may be contacted at 404-224-3743 to schedule a date for entry of a negotiated plea prior to the final plea calender.
NO NEGOTIATED PLEAS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE FINAL PLEA DATE. THE FINAL PLEA DATE SHALL NOT BE RESET. Should this matter not be resolved by the final plea calendar, the Defendant must report
for CALENDAR CALL on July 09, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. with TRAIL beginning on July 09, 2007 before The Honorable Jerry W. Baxter in Courtroom 4D at the same address above. Failure to report shall result in forfeiture of any bond that may have been set. Counsel must report for calendar call unless express permission not to appear has been granted. Mailing or faxing a conflict letter does not constitute permission not to appear. If the Defendant has not already filed preliminary motions, the court grants 10 days to do so. The State shall respond within 20 days thereafter.
