Dave Ridley again tells Federal Judge in Court that he will not pay fine

Judge Muirhead asked Dave Ridley to appear in Federal Court Monday to explain why he had not yet paid a $125 fine. Washington had charge Ridley with "Distribution of Handbills" after he handed anti-torture flyers to IRS workers last year. The Keene resident came as requested along with an anti-IRS sign, some notes regarding the constitution, and more than a dozen supporters.
