It is with deep sadness we report that Arthur was sentenced this morning to 27 months detention and three years probation. He was remanded immediately to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons.
IRS admits that not answering Bob Schulz's questions has cost it over 14 million dollars minimum. What could posible modivate the government to risk so much money to keep it's position. My quess is they are losing much more than just 14 mill. Thats probably just the amount the class members have been withholding from the government to protest the non answers.
The DOJ has gone after Schultz.
