  3. There is a big difference between camaras in the court room as part of the court record and TV camaras like we see in crap like Anna Smith. We don't want TV camaras or a circus of media broadcasting trials for entertainment. We have to make it clear that what we want is a clear record of the trial so no one can destroy the rights to a fair trial.

  5. Former Oregon attorney Roger Weidner's case prosecuting the Oregon Bar Association as an illegal criminal racketeering-extortion was allowed be videoed by volunteers in the courtroom this past Friday.

The baliffs, judge and prosecutors acted like angels - by comparison.

Amazing what ONE (1) little camera can do to turn off and shut down criminal behavior.

WE THE PEOPLE MUST BRING VIDEO CAMERAS INTO EVERY COURTROOM NATIONWIDE!!

WE THE PEOPLE MUST DEMAND THAT VIDEO CAMERAS ARE IN EVERY COURTROOM NATIONWIDE!!

AND IF THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN, SIMPLY REFUSE TO GO TO COURT UNTIL IT DOES!

    PERIOD.

  7. Dave,

You're a great guy! I've never met you; but I love you for your sense of humor and your enthusiasm. I applaud your standing up for your individual sovereign rights. Thank you for standing against tyranny and for helping Ed and Elaine.

  8. Everyone thought cameras in the Congress would change everything but they didn't. C-Span just means that the real crap goes on behind closed doors.

  9. good point!

so bring the cameras into expose what's going on behind closed doors!

there's an individual here in Chicago who's planning on running for congress in 2 years. He's already gone on the record as saying that he would wear a video camera 24/7.

His name is Bill "Dock" Walls - see www.wallsformayor.com

  10. Dave, You are an inspiration; I finally composed a mixture of information from this blog and sent a 200-word letter to the editor of my local paper. WSJ is next!
