  1. What exactly are you looking to receive about the Judge's oath? The swearing in of a judge is a public oral ceremony, not some piece of paper he signs.

    It's a public ceremony with lots of witnesses, one hand on the bible, repeating the words of the oath.

    It's a long road to become a Federal judge that takes about 18 months to complete. First you have to be screened by the Federal Judicial Qualifications Committee and the White House, nominated by the President, confirmed by the US Senate, and finally sworn in in a public ceremony.

    § 453. Oaths of justices and judges

    Each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of his office: "I, ------, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as ------ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God."
