I will take the challenge IF AND ONLY IF Ed agrees to escrow his $10,000 with a bank so that when he loses he will still have to pay up. I'm not going to waste time with somebody who welches on their bet, as Irwin Schiff did with his $100,000 challenge.
Also, the bet cannot be decided by Ed himself (since he will just deny that the challenge was met no matter how obvious it is that it was). So, the bet must be decided by any three tax law professors (Ed can choose the three) from any American Bar Association-accredited law schools.
Else, Ed's challenge is illusory and just so much hot air.
