Pennsylvania State Senator Indicted

Pennsylvania State Senator Vincent Fumo was indicted this week. The 272 page indictment sets out 141 counts. Included in the long list of charges are multiple counts of Conspiracy to Commit Mail and Wire Fraud, Conspiracy to Obstruct the Internal Revenue Service, False Tax Return and Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice.
