There comes a point at which you just have to scratch your head - when you hear of yet another "tax protester," and the harebrained reasons they offer in support of claims that folks just aren't obligated to pay.

The 861 argument is so strong that it's two principal advocates, Larken Rose and Tom Clayton, both abandoned it prior to their trials.
ReplyDeleteIt's just another in a long line of loser arguments put forth by tax protestors, and totally rejected by the courts.
I tried e-mailing this Quinn dude, requesting he e-mail me the law saying I have to pay income tax. He hasnt mailed me back yet, maybe he's too busy =)
