Ed Brown has finally figured out that the tax protestor movement is going to do for him exactly what it did for Phil Marsh, Lynne Meredith, Irwin Schiff, Dick Simkanin, Al Thompson, Nick Jesson, Ward Dean, and many others -- NOTHING! Lots of talk; no action.
I'll call it the "Doug Kenline Phenomena". Lots of blogging, no meaningful action.
What we need is a list of what exactly we can do to help Mr. Brown; does he want us to come? What should we bring? What days? How can we spread the word? It would make things a lot clearer to have a list.
In reply to the above comment, I know they had the same problem back in the war of independence. They wrote about how mankind is more desposed to do nothing when evils are tolerable. We're on the edge now.

So please, people, if there is any of you that are within driving distance of Brown's, show your support! It's YOUR liberty! Don't worry about if other people will come too or not; just go and pray that others will do the same!
Let's get out of the talk mode and into action. Time is running short!
Is it possible to get the court transcript on the website so people can download and read it? I think that would be powerful to show exactly what happen in court.

As for the transcript, it will show people exactly what happened: Ed did not present a defense, and the verdict was highly predictable.
BTW, Ed Brown did NOT present "40 motions" as has been talked about. In fact, he presented only four (4) motions, which were denied, but he kept trying to present the same (denied) motions over and over.
If Ed thought that the court was wrong, then he had a right to appeal. He probably wasn't, but by not showing up his right to appeal basically went out the window. Ed couldn't have played this any better -- from the government's perspective.
Even now he is basically self-detained in his home as he would be pending sentencing anyway.

well I would still like to see them. I think dispelling the myths might be important to getting realistic resolution without bloodshed. Got to hold both sides accountable. I still think Ed had the courage to stand up to this tyranny and deserves our support.
Burn the house, take all valuables on the run and go underground. I will join you and we can plan our attack in secret and keep our families safe from the powers that be. Fighting is not sitting and waiting. Alot of energy has been spent by many people allong the way. Publicity and education is key, but so is fighting back physically, a war against the terrorists here in our own land, in government. They are not american and we all know it. Lets bust out our leaders and start fighting back. I can think of thousands of ways to pressure AND destroy those who try to control us. Secret underground fighters of evil and terror.

I also have a 3300 watt generator, handfull of transcievers, power supply equipment, camaras, computers and i'm off work until april. Who wants to pick me up and drive from south dakota. I love camping and living on the edge as ling as there is a bathroom.
the other blog site has been surfed by the dept of justice quite a bit today.
Interesting that a virus got Ed's computer, and Bill's email accounts were taken out.
I suspect all communication will be cut off before long. I would suggest that anyone visiting there bring along a prepaid cell phone or two.

Three notes:
A) I am also a ham radio operator, as are the others in my group. We will be on our way in March.
B) Can people please stop posting as 'Anonymous'? I know it's the easiest way to post if you lack a GMail or other account. However, it also seems like people are hiding. Let your name show.
C) The one with posted stating prepare for a underground resistance has a point. We are quickly moving that way, but warning:
During resistance fights, the government often attacks and kills many unarmed non-combatants in a desperate search for the "terrorist". Nazi Germany often murdered entire French villages in revenge for a resistance attack. An armed resistance will result in the hastening of despotism in America, and the death of many innocents. Still, we are, to quote Chester Bennington, "one step closer to the edge".
Understand that if a peaceful solution fails, it will begin a dark and bloody period of this country.
