Tax case dismissed against evangelist

Grand jury misled, federal judge rules

DOWNTOWN SAN DIEGO ā€“ The tax evasion indictment against San Diego-based evangelist Morris Cerullo has been dismissed by a judge who ruled federal prosecutors and IRS agents misled the grand jury on the key legal issue in the case.

As usual, the IRS either didn't know, or pretended not to know, the law.

To make it worse, this time their ignorance (if that) was within their own framework of the MISAPPLIED Income Tax.
