    It looks like you CAN "When Overtaking on the Right is Permitted" in RSA Ch. 265:19 II. "Upon a roadway with unobstructed pavement of sufficient width for 2 or more lines of vehicles moving lawfully in the same direction being traveled by the overtaking vehicle;" the only question being III. was it done "under conditions" of NOT "in safety" such as during rain?
