Robinson's "Writ of Error" was denied by the judge in about 48 hours, two weeks ago. Robinson is a major wingnut.

"your silence = your assent.” is the root to all of this. When a person is accused[of income] and doesn't correct/deny it[4852], he is assent[guilty].
ReplyDeleteI hope they realize that there is a ZERO percent chance that the Supreme court will grant a writ of error in this case..........
