To get around the information give on title 5 usc 552 and other things like Supreme Court opinions the IRS acts like the statutes regarding Immunity protects it from debated of lawfulness and allows it to enforce assessments that are nothing more than paper and ink. It's the JUDGE that is out of control, whether they are being blackmailed or threatened, it is their responsibility to uphold justice so Ed Brown is fully justified in his actions. Period.
